Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using TutorPing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. TutorPing is operated by OND SERVICES INC., a company registered in Canada.

The Service

TutorPing is a platform for tutors to manage their tutoring practice. It includes session tracking, homework management, student progress tracking, invoicing, a parent portal, booking pages, group management, calendar integration, and more. We're always improving and may add, change, or remove features.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• One account per person. Don't share your login credentials.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password safe.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us at contact@ondservices.ca immediately.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use TutorPing for anything illegal.
• Upload harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the platform without permission.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service.

Your Content

You own the data you put into TutorPing — student records, session notes, homework assignments, and everything else. We don't claim ownership of your content. We only store and process it to provide you the service.

You grant us a limited license to host, display, and transmit your content as needed to operate the platform (for example, showing session notes to parents through the parent portal).

Payments

• Payments are processed by Stripe. By upgrading to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
• A 1% platform fee applies to invoices collected through TutorPing on the Free plan. Pro and Business have no platform fee.
• Tutors and organization admins choose the currency for their invoices and packages. Parents pay in that currency, directly to the tutor's own Stripe account. TutorPing never converts amounts between currencies; if a conversion is needed, Stripe or the payer's bank applies its own rate and fees. Changing the currency only affects new invoices and packages.
• Pro and Business subscription prices are charged in US dollars.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings, and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you have concerns.

Free Plan

The Free plan is genuinely free — no credit card required, no time limit. It includes core features with a limit of 10 students and a 1% platform fee on invoices paid online. We reserve the right to adjust Free plan limits, but we'll give you notice.

Our Intellectual Property

TutorPing's brand, logo, design, and code are owned by OND SERVICES INC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without permission. Your data remains yours — this section is only about the platform itself.

Privacy

Your privacy matters. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Termination

• You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We'll purge your data within 30 days.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. We'll try to give you notice when possible.

Disclaimers

TutorPing is provided "as is" and "as available." We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime or that the service will be error-free.

TutorPing is a management tool. We're not responsible for the tutor-student or tutor-parent relationships that happen through the platform. We don't vet, certify, or endorse any tutor.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OND SERVICES INC.'s total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of TutorPing is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. If you're on the Free plan, that amount is zero.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Disputes

If something goes wrong, let's try to work it out. Contact us at contact@ondservices.ca and we'll do our best to resolve things in good faith. If we can't agree, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec, Canada.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of TutorPing after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
