Need to schedule your child's next session? You can book directly through the portal or through your tutor's public booking page — whichever is easier for you.
There are two ways to book a session. If your tutor has enabled the Book tab in your portal, you can book right from there. Some tutors also share a public booking page link that anyone can use. Either way, you'll see the tutor's real availability so you can pick a time that works.
Head to the Book tab in your portal. You'll see a date picker — choose the day you'd like, and the portal will show you only the time slots when your tutor is actually available. Pick one, add a note if there's anything the tutor should know, and submit your request. Your tutor can then confirm the session or propose a different time. If they propose an alternative, you'll see it listed under your pending requests so you can accept or decline.
Your tutor might send you a link to their public booking page — this is handy for your very first session or if you don't have portal access yet. Just visit the link, pick an available time, fill in your details, and submit. It's quick and straightforward.
Your portal's Book tab also shows all your pending and upcoming session requests. You can see what's been confirmed, what's waiting for the tutor's response, and any proposals the tutor has sent your way. If the tutor suggests a different time, you'll be able to respond right from here.
