Your tutor has set up a personal portal just for you — it's where you can check in on your child's tutoring progress, homework, invoices, and achievements. No account to create, no app to download. Just click and go.
Think of it as your own private window into your child's tutoring. Your tutor gives you a link that's unique to your child — when you open it, you'll see everything in one place: how sessions are going, what homework's been assigned, any invoices, messages with the tutor, and even fun achievement badges your child has earned. The portal may also show your tutor's custom branding, like their logo and colors, so it'll look familiar.
Your tutor will send you a unique portal link for your child, along with a 6-digit PIN. Just open the link in any browser and type in your PIN — that's it, you're in. No username, no password, no account to set up. Each child has their own separate link and PIN, so if you have multiple children with the same tutor, you'll get one for each.
Keep your PIN safe
You'll also notice a notification bell at the top of the portal — it shows a count of anything new since your last visit, so you can quickly see if there's a message, invoice, or update waiting for you.
Your portal is protected by PIN-based access — there's no account to create and no password to remember. Each portal link contains a unique token tied to your child, so you'll only ever see their data. Your tutor controls what's visible and can pause the portal if needed (though you'll still receive invoice notifications even if it's paused).
